Agrosoft Multiple-Load Order Features

The Multiple-load functions in AGROSOFT enable user-friendly entry of Direct

shipments that link the purchase and sale transactions in one single entry process.

Direct or Multi-load transactions offer the user the ability to easily enter merchandising

transactions without the need to switch between multiple entry processes. Direct or

Multi-load transactions are tracked through the AGROSOFT system exactly like

any other Purchase or Sale transaction, with the exception of how inventory is handled.

Direct orders do not update physical inventory transactions. For items tracked in a

"Perpetual Inventory", the cost will be the purchase side cost of the direct, not the next

available cost record in the system.

Direct or Multi-load functionality is available on all Grain transactions and on all Multi-

       Product (Crop Inputs) transactions.

Ability to issue a purchase or sale advance on a percentage of the estimated value of

a rail car or group of rail cars.

Advances will be deducted from the total as each railcar is settled or invoiced.

Multiple-load Grain system enables entry of origin and destination weights and

       grades for bulk products.

The Multi-load features in AGROSOFT can assist merchandising efforts to

provide "Just In Time" inventory. This can be easily accomplished by coordinating

estimated delivery dates and raw material requirements. A user-friendly ad-hoc

reporting system makes it easy to combine and present data from AGROSOFT's

       Order, manufacturing, and inventory screens.
