Grossman-WOW Freight Entry / Accruals

  Grossman-WOW provides a variety of user-friendly freight entry functions to

       remind and assist the data entry operator to enter freight on each ticket, order or

       invoicing process within the system. Freight entries can be applied to all inbound

       and outbound movements of commodities or finished products.

  All types of Freight entries are supported including Truck, Rail, barge and Vessel

       movements.

  Freight entries are maintained within a freight accrual system for easy match-up

       with actual freight bills. This virtually eliminates costly errors due to duplicate

       payment of freight bills.

  The system enables retention of unique Trucker information, i.e., SSN, Trucker

        Name, Insurance, etc.

  The system updates a set of payment history files for each carrier. This enables

        the user to analyze the historical performance of each individual carrier versus

        alternative carriers or other modes of transportation.

  On Direct movements, the system enables entry of the freight amount on the

       purchase, with the ability to automatically transfer (copy) this entry to to the Sales

       side of the order for billing to the customer. The amount billed to the customer can

       be different than the amount actually paid to the carrier.

  On Split Ticket entry, the system offers the ability to enter freight on the ticket, with

       the ability to modify (change) the amount that will be used to Settle the ticket.
