Delivery Forecasting and Dispatching System

 

  System defaults can be setup by user providing automatic filtering of the orders

     shown on the Dispatching screens.

 

  Tracks both inbound and outbound shipments through the entire unloading or        

      load-out process from a common screen.

 

   Users can limit (filter) the view of orders by selectively entering checkboxes

      for Transaction Types, Order Status, and inbound versus outbound orders.

 

   Users can further limit the view of orders through entry of filter fields including

      beginning and ending date ranges, specific locations, ordered items,

      specific customers, freight carriers or drivers, movement types, via codes,

      inventory types, specific vehicle, vessel or booking numbers.

 

   Provides an effective method to assist dock personnel organize and receive

      inbound orders

 

   Color keyed views of orders provide users with immediate feedback on the status

      of each order, i.e., red = Late, blue = Credit Hold, Green = Manufactured (for

      outbound manufacturing orders), Yellow = Driver/Carrier Assignment required,

      Grey = Completed and Beige = Paperwork and Orange = Printed status

 

   Highlighting and double-clicking on a specific row shown on the Dispatch

      Schedule opens a screen for easy maintenance of that specific order

 

   Automatic linkage to the Electronic Scale interface module for easy completion of

      orders crossing the scale for electronic recording of their weights.

 

   Automated linkage of truck usage and freight accruals to the Fleet Management

      module.

 

   Exceptionally easy method for organizing outbound orders to be allocated  to a

      specific driver or loaded on a specific truck.

 

   For specific industries (Propane, Petroleum, Fertilizer, Liquid Feed, etc.),

      orders targeted for a specific truck or driver can be automatically routed to a

      file for upload to mobile PC equipment on the truck.
