The AGROSOFT General Ledger is an Enterprise-level system designed to handle the complex journaling requirements of large agricultural companies. A few of it's many features are outlined below:

  User definable general ledger account number format, supporting up to 50 total

       characters.

  User controlled setup of consolidation levels.

  Ability to drill-down from summary totals to originating source transactions that

       comprise the summary total.

  Posting of Journal entries can eit her in real time or in a batch mode depending on user

       preference.

  Ability to track Units.

  Ability to post recurring entries.

  Ability to use post and reverse entries.

  Ability to enter direct journal entries.

  Ability to back date entries for adjustments.

  Ability to enter and track budgets at the G/L Account level.

  Monetary accounts can be established by currency and the balance is automatically

       updated by any impacting transactions.

  Online comparison of current month balances and amounts to those of previous

       year/month and budget, via Add/Edit View G/L Account.

  Ability to reconcile units for selected accounts compared to units on sourcing

       transaction.

  Ability to track wire transfers and deposits.

  Support for Bank Reconciliation.

  Ability to produce Profit/Loss by Department.

  Ability to place journal entries in suspense if the appropriate G/L account does not

       exist.

  Interface to other Enterprise-level G/L systems.
